The Innomag TB-Mag is a versatile pump engineered to provide low cost of ownership and exceptional leakage protection in extremely corrosive and environmentally critical applications.

The key to the Innomag success is its revolutionary dynamic thrust balancing system which eliminates the need for thrust bearings and results in highly efficient operation, even in applications containing soilds.

Pure ETFE casing liner is rotationally moulded and vacuum rated.

One piece ETFE impeller and inner magnet assembly ensures maximum torque transmission , simplifies maintenance and eliminates balancing.

Powerful neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) magnets maximise torque transmission.

Double sealed inner magnets offer unmatched resistance to corrosive permeation by sheathing the magnets in 316L Stainless Steel before being injection moulded into the impeller assembly.

One piece composite containment shell with a burst pressure exceeding 205bar (3000psi) which resists water hammer damage.

Oversized sintered alpha silicon shaft to handle all radial loads. Stationary cantilevered design eliminates suction blocking shaft supports to maximize flow and NPSHR.

Tandem sintered silicon carbide radial bearings.
